All Oberon Performance Ltd products include our manufacturer’s 12 month warranty return to base as standard. Should a product develop a fault within the first year of use, then the problem must first be reported to Oberon Performance Ltd for validation. If the product has a genuine manufacturing fault, then Oberon Performance Ltd will restore the product to working condition without charge. This restoration service will not apply to products that have either been misused or damaged by external sources.
In the event a returned product has clear signs of misuse or external damage, that was not adequately disclosed during the original warranty claim. Then Oberon Performance Ltd may apply an applicable service charge to restore the product to working condition. The value of the service charge will be stated and agreed prior during the first stage of validating a warranty claim. Oberon Performance Ltd will not recognise any return for any reason that is without the correct paperwork. The correct paperwork will always be issued with all validated warranty claims prior to return once agreed between all parties. Including full guidance on Customs declarations if sending warranty claims from overseas. Oberon Performance Ltd will not be liable for any import duty that is not due if the Customs declaration is incorrect. Nor will Oberon Performance Ltd reimburse postage costs for any reason unless fully agreed prior in written communication by an authorised member of Oberon Performance Ltd.
